Since the beginning of this year, people around the world have felt the pressure of rising prices. Not only the rise in oil prices but also different industries have seen soaring prices. According to the latest data, from August 2021 to the present, the inflation rate in the United States has risen for 6 consecutive months, and this data has soared from the previous 5.3% to 7.9% today. Inflation in the United States, the global Many countries have been affected.
According to experts' forecasts, the inflation rate in the United States may exceed 10% this year, which will face the danger of collapse, which has a great impact on global inflation, including water reducer, water reducing agent ,concrete admixtures.
The application of various concrete admixtures can not only improve the performance of concrete, but also promote the development of new concrete technologies, promote the application of industrial by-products in cementitious material systems, and also help save resources and protect the environment. , has gradually become an essential material for high-quality concrete. Among them, the water reducing agent is a kind of concrete, and the water reducing agent is a concrete admixture that can reduce the mixing water consumption under the condition that the concrete slump is basically unchanged. Most of them are anionic surfactants, such as lignosulfonate, naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde polymer, etc. When we add the concrete mixture, it has a dispersing effect on the cement particles, which can improve its workability, reduce the unit water consumption, and improve the fluidity of the concrete mixture; or reduce the unit cement consumption, effectively saving cement.
The specific operation method of the water reducing agent formula for concrete:
1. Maleic anhydride is prepared into a 5-7% solution according to the required amount and recorded as the head material.
2. The initiator is prepared into a 5-10% solution for later use.
3. Add the required amount of APEG or TPEG, heat to liquefy it, and then add the headstock.
4. Nitrogen replacement;
5. When the temperature rises to 75-85°C, the initiator is added dropwise, and the dropwise addition is completed at 80°C for 1.5-2 hours.
6. After the dropwise addition of the initiator is completed, keep the temperature at 80-90° C. for 4-4.5 hours to complete the reaction and cool down.
7. When the temperature drops to 40-50℃, add 50% KOH solution to neutralize to PH: 7-8.
8. After measuring the solid content, add the measured soft water according to the required solid content.
9. After the solid content is determined to be qualified, discharge the material.
After the above experiments, we can get the basic formula of water reducer for concrete:
Concrete water reducer formula 1:
Hydroxyethyl acrylate: 25g, acrylamide: 5g, allyl polyoxyethylene ether: 175g, sodium persulfate: 10g, neutralized by sodium hydroxide.

New Delhi: India is seeking to increase its purchases of crude oil from Brazil, the country's oil minister said recently after meeting his Brazilian counterpart.
India is the world's third-largest importer and consumer of crude oil. Brazil currently supplies only a fraction of India's crude oil imports.
India's state-owned companies Bharat Petroleum Corp and Oil and Natural Gas Corp have invested in oil and gas exploration in Brazil.
India, which imports about 84% of its crude oil needs, is reducing its import bill by increasing biofuel use, among other things.
India's state-owned fuel retailers are increasing ethanol storage capacity by 51 percent and the country plans to double the biofuel blend in petrol to 20 percent by 2025.
India and Brazil are currently cooperating on biofuels and ethanol.
The prices of many commodities like the water reducer, water reducing agent ,concrete admixtures are expected to increase in the future.
