One type of sodium polyhydroxy caroxylic acid known as sodium glutonate is sodium gluconate. This is white or yellow crystal granule, or powder.

Description of sodium glucose. The sodium gluconate (also known as sodium polyhydroxy caroxylic acid) is a form of sodium polyhydroxy carbonate. This product is used extensively in building, construction, washing and the food and medical industry.

Sodium gluconate in concrete
